EVERY JOB IS A BESPOKE SERVICE, TAILORED TO YOU AND YOUR MACHINES’ NEEDS.

| Call out charge | Investigation (paid for up to 30 mins, anything above this time will be covered by Barista 999). Then up to 1 hour for breakdowns & repairs. | £130 |
| Extra labour rate | Per 15 mins extra. | £20 |
| Boiler inspection | Boiler inspections include both an internal and external examination of the steam pressure boiler and its pressure system, including pipework. | £200 |
| Installation | A standard installation of an espresso machine, with all outlets provided at the site of installation. If adjustments are needed for the outlets, this will be quoted on a bespoke basis. | £170 |
| Commercial coffee grinder service | Servicing of a coffee grinder. | £90 |
| General front-end service | Servicing includes – group heads, steam/hot water tap. Plus any additional parts. | £170+ |
| Full service (front and back end) | Includes everything in front-end service, as well as descaling and deep cleaning. | £275+ |
| Workshop full service and descale | The full works. This service includes stripping back the machine to descale the boiler and pipework. It is then rebuilt with new valves and any replacement parts required. | £1,250 |
